WHY IS MY PRODUCT A DIFFERENT COLOUR/CONSISTENCY/SMELL THAN THE LAST TIME I ORDERED IT?

Unless we tell you that it's a new recipe, you have the same product and it will give you exactly the same results!

Nature doesn't produce exact replicas each time, as a result our ingredients may vary slightly in texture, scent and shade from batch to batch. But rest assured, we lovingly make all of our products by hand, in exactly the same way, paying attention to detail and ensuring that you receive the best quality.

DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

Yes. On each jar you'll find a little symbol of an open jar, with a number. The number represents how long it is recommended you keep it after it has been opened.Please see individual packages for further information.

ARE KIYA COSMETICS PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?

Some of our products contain essential oils, which in high doses are not advised to use during pregnancy. Although we use them in very small doses, we advise that if you have any concerns, you should speak to your doctor first just to be sure.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?

Our Whipped Shea Butter, Sweet Nourishing Oil, Kiya's Hair Growth Oil, Shea Body Scrub, Pink Clay Mask and Rejuvenating Facial Serum are 100% vegan and registered with The Vegan Society.

The rest of our range is 100% ethically sourced and produced without harming animals.

 

HOW SHOULD MY HAIR CARE ROUTINE CHANGE FOR THE FALL/ WINTER?

Our products nourish the hair through all three phases of growth. We recommend that you keep the same regimen throughout the year.

WHICH PRODUCTS WILL MAKE MY HAIR GROW?

Whilst our line of hair care products will help you with moisture and length retention, we always encourage healthy haircare practices first when it comes to hair growth. Please check out the tips listed in our FREE eBook "Simple Healthy Haircare" for more details.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE NATURAL HAIR IN ORDER TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Kiya Cosmetics promotes the health and maintenance of natural hair however; our products are suitable for and can be used for all hair types.

 DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we do deliver to most Countries. The currency can be changed in the dropdown menu, but please note all orders will be processed in GBP since we are located in the UK. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please send us an email if you are having any issues placing your International order.

MY HAIR IS VERY DRY WHAT CAN I USE TO HELP IT?

We have products that can be used to deeply moisturise your hair from wash day and throughout the week. Ensure to Deep Condition your hair every time you wash, and to seal your hair with an oil and/or butter after you apply a water based leave in/ moisturiser to seal the moisture into your strands for longer.
