Order Processing:

• We process orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Track your order through the link in the email or by logging into "My Account" on our website.

Returns:

• To return an item, email your receipt to hello@kiyacosmetics.com. Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case we offer a free replacement. Products bought from other retailers should be returned according to their policies.

Delivery Issues:

• If you haven’t received your order within the expected time frame (UK: 7 days, Europe/USA/Canada: 25 days, Rest of World: 30 days), please contact us for assistance. For missed deliveries, a card will be left and the courier will attempt redelivery up to 3 times.

International Shipping:

• We ship globally. For countries not listed, please contact us for shipping rates. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
