This means that while we always aim to get your order to you quickly, we kindly ask for a little grace. Processing can take up to 4 working days, especially during busier seasons like sales or restocks.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected timeframe once dispatched:

Missed a delivery? Don’t worry, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery up to 3 times.
