Kiya is a wellness-led, handmade skincare brand creating nourishing, natural solutions for dry and sensitive skin. Every formula is rooted in ritual, made in small batches, and designed to feel like care, not correction.

 

2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

 

Yes. Our formulas are intentionally gentle and made with minimal, skin-loving ingredients to support even the most delicate skin.


 

 

3. Are your products safe for children?

 

Many of our customers use Kiya for the whole family. Our products are made with natural, non-toxic ingredients and are suitable for children. As always, we recommend a patch test first.


 

 

4. How do I use your products for best results?

 

Consistency is everything. Each product page includes simple usage guidance to help you build a ritual that works for your skin. You’ll also find step-by-step demos and routines across our social channels.


 

 

5. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

 

We are proudly cruelty-free and never test on animals. Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of a small number that contain beeswax.

 

 


6. How soon will I see results?

 

Every skin journey is different, but many customers notice softer, more hydrated skin within 1–2 weeks of consistent use.

 

 


7. What if I experience irritation?

 

Although our products are formulated to be gentle, we always recommend patch testing before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.


 

 

8. Can I use Kiya if I have eczema or a skin condition?

 

Many customers with eczema and dry skin conditions love Kiya for its deeply nourishing, non-irritating formulas. If you have specific medical concerns, we recommend checking with your dermatologist first.

 

 


9. Do you offer products for concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation?

11. Do you ship internationally?

 

At the moment, international shipping is temporarily paused while we resolve a small number of outstanding delivery issues and ensure a smoother experience for our customers.

We currently ship within the UK only, and we’ll share updates as soon as international shipping resumes. Thank you for your patience, we want to do this properly.

 

 


12. What is your return policy?
