We don’t do dry skin over here.
Kiya is a wellness-driven, handmade skincare brand offering nourishing, natural solutions for dry, sensitive skin. Our products are rooted in ritual, inspired by our founder’s personal journey, and made to feel like self-care, not just skincare.


2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are intentionally gentle, using minimal, natural ingredients to care for even the most delicate skin, including babies and mamas.


3. Are your products safe for children?

Absolutely. Many of our customers use Kiya for the whole family. Our ingredients are natural, non-toxic, and safe for little ones.


4. How do I use your products for best results?

Consistency is key. Each product page includes usage tips and routines to help you build rituals that work for your skin type. You can also follow us on social for step-by-step demos.


5. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Always cruelty-free, and most products are vegan (except for a few that contain beeswax). We never test on animals and are committed to ethical, mindful skincare.


6. How soon will I see results?

Every skin journey is unique, but many of our customers notice softer, more hydrated skin within 1–2 weeks of consistent use.


7. What if I have a reaction?

While our products are designed to be gentle, we always recommend a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional.


8. Can I use Kiya if I have eczema or a skin condition?

Many of our customers with eczema love our products for their hydrating, non-irritating benefits. That said, always check with your dermatologist first if you have concerns.


9. Do you offer products for specific concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation?

Yes, our Rejuvenating Facial Serum and Toner are favourites for balancing skin tone and calming breakouts. Reach out to us for personalised product pairings based on your skin goals.

Transparency matters. Every product page lists the full ingredient breakdown, plus how each one benefits your skin. No fillers, no fluff,  just nourishment.


11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.


12. What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your Kiya experience. If you're not happy, you can return your product within 30 days for a refund or exchange. See our Returns page for details.
